Budget (including currency): $1500 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, X-Plane 11, Apex Legends, COD; I will stream(if nvidia gpu i will use nvenc, or else i will use the cpu)

Other details: 32GB ram plz, 1440p-4k monitor, 144Hz.

When looking into the cpu, i wasn't sure whether to choose the Ryzen 5 5600X or the i7-10700K. The Ryzen 5 5600X has better game performance i think, but i worry that with streaming, it would not be enough. Plz help me ou, it is a very tough decision. I also don't need PCIE gen 4. I would like a seperate m.2 drive for my games and another one for my os.

I run FS2020 on the system in my signature at a steady 1440p 60fps in clear weather.

144fps is probably not realistic for any current hardware, certainly not 4k 144hz.

On the other hand it's the type of game that's perfectly playable at 30fps, really, as long as the frame rate is smooth and consistent.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

If you want 4k youll be getting 30fps, if you want 1440p youll get around 45-60fps.

If you want 1080p then you are gonna need a more powerful cpu to make fps go higher

Will 6 cores be enough?

for 32 gigs of ram and 4k display we might need a 3000 usd budget

500$~ to spend on a graphics card, though you may want to cheap out on the board and stick the system in a 3-10$ scrap/office pc case for more budget to spend on the graphics card

Probably get a higher wattage PSU. That CPU+Cooler choice is a fire hazard.

5600X is fine for streaming.
