LL120 single pack, need help

I haven't bought (but I am going to) a single pack of corsair LL120 fans and review say that it doesn't come with an rgb dongle. 

I also am going to buy the Corsair 465X case but I am unsure if the case or fan itself supplies a rgb dongle.

Where do i find rgb dongle to purchase?

You may have to define “rgb dongle” a bit more closely.

What does that he company call it so I can look it up?  Do you mean an rgb controller? If do you need to make sure those fans work with that controller.  Merely the same brand can be not enough.

If the 465X case is the RGB varient it comes with a stripped down lighting node that controls the lights on up to 6 fans so you are good to go
