PC Hard Locked itself

MajorFoley

So my PC just hard locked itself. In troubleshooting BSOD errors (i had a post about it here before) i have turned off my DOCP profile for my RAM and it just crashed this time. no BSOD though although it did save some dmp files which i have copied just in case but i am using the collection app first (which i assume collects them too?) and posted them here. The dmp file from 21/06/2021 is the one that it hardlocked

I still cant seem to run a perfmon report as it isn't responsive once its started i think something to do with a 20H2 update

Thanks

EDIT getting a link for file

I'm confused. What is your PC doing?

Have you tried resetting CMOS?

Was in game computer froze. After about 10 seconds it reset and rebooted windows. I don't see what CMOS has to do with this one

All i know is a reinstall will problably fix your issue

Sure a 3rd fresh install after a month and iI'm damn sure I'm not installing corrupted drivers. This is getting insane... Which BT selection from here do i uninstall?1221377875_BTdrivers.png.195d6580b5109f15c8857f895b6790e7.png

Try disabling windows driver auto update or whatever the f its called, it can either push outdated drivers or garbage drivers that can cause bsods

Can you provide your PC specs?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL typically comes from RAM instability, at least from my findings. Most common from mixing Ryzen and SK Hynix RAM (usually via Corsair Vengeance LPX). Not from driver issues.

What do you mean by "x570 prime pro CSM"? I get the X570 Prime Pro part, but CSM is a setting in the BIOS. Is it on or off?

If it's on, can you try switching it off?

Its just how its labelled in my country here means corporate stable model so i dont think has to do with anything here? You talking about that legacy boot module CSM? I think its disabled by default.

EDIT I've put my ram back to 3200 at this point for the kit, even when DOCP wasnt on the crashes/BSODS were still happening if anything more frequently so i dunno what to do about this anymore
