PC Won’t Post

My specs: 

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x 

GPU: MSI Rtx 3070 Trio 

MOBO: Asrock B550m Steel legend 

Ram: Oloy Warhawk 16gb 3600mhz CL18 

PSU: EVGA 750W 80+ gold 

 

I have recently been having blue screen errors after restarting my pc, then I updated windows which I think corrupted windows on my boot SSD. I tested the boot SSD in a laptop and it is definitely corrupted. then I installed windows 10 on a usb stick to try to get into a fresh install of windows but there is just no signal. The fans all spin and all of the lights work. the main weirdest thing is None of my peripherals are getting power so I can’t get into the bios. Is there any reason why the peripherals wouldn’t be getting power? I’m suspecting a broken motherboard but I don’t think all the fans and the graphics card would be lighting up if that was the case…if anyone has any suggestions on what to try next that would be greatly appreciated.
