Hi!

im having trouble when enabling xmp profile. Getting a lot of errors when running memtest86 and also game sometimes crashes. Should I lower frequency manually to 3800? What about CAS latency? (In the bios the auto settings doesnt show the manufacturer’s said timings.

Run memtest without XMP on, let's see if your RAM really is at fault

Then raise the timings or lower the memory clock

Yeah, XMP seems to cause more issues than it solves. You can fiddle with memory timings and whatnot, but I"m not an expert in that. Others will help guide you through.
