Im looking for a decent gaming rig for about 1500 dollars and here is my part list down below. I can wait for gpu prices to drop so I do not need to worry about making the computer in a amount of time. Give me some feedback or better parts lists down below

If you're gonna wait for prices to come down, you might as well wait until then to select everything else for your parts list. Prices are going to change, and something like the CPU will change enough that it might make more sense to get say 5800X or even a 6600X if it's out by then. Things will change enough that it's not the right time now to try to figure out a parts list for the future.

I am seeing two main things that you can change.

Firstly is your storage, the WD SN750 is a gen 3 1tb which you can now get their blue version for cheaper which is also gen 3. Or if you want gen4 the 1tb black is about $200
Gen 3: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (WDS100T2B0C) - PCPartPicker
Gen 4: Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (MZ-V8P1T0B/AM) - PCPartPicker -or- Western Digital Black SN850 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive (WDS100T1X0E) - PCPartPicker

Secondly is the PSU, there are rumors going about that the gigabyte power supplies are catching on fire and frying components would recommend you change to some other supply. Just going to post 2 different brands that are 750W 80+ Gold Fully modular
EVGA G5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (220-G5-0750-X1) - PCPartPicker
Corsair RM (2019) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (CP-9020195-NA) - PCPartPicker
