So i got myself an Orico BTA-403 bluetooth adapter so i could use my new xbox controller wirelessly on my PC. At some point i got a BSOD apparently related to it and its because of its drivers. When i checked it apparently uses the CSR harmony stack but when i check device manager all i see is this which i assume is the windows bluetooth drivers.

Should i uninstall these and get a different BT adapter? If so any recommendations?
