Your IT dept likely updated them.

Does anyone had their DNS setting changed after an update. I’m using Windows 10 Pro ,I went adapter settings and changed ipv4 & ipv6 DNS to ad guard few weeks ago. Today I started seeing ads on my computer and I went to check and voila it’s back to automatic. I get it if I’m using Windows 10 home but is it supposed to override user settings in Pro?. Is there any registry hack or policy setting I can set to override Windows from making changes to user setting?. Ty in advance.

P.S- I know changing dns in router is the better way and in my home it is,but at work I dont have access.
