My laptop always disconnects my headphones randomly. It says it's still connected but won't play any audio, and I would have to reconnect it to fix. Since today it doesn't have the Bluetooth button anymore, and it doesn't show up on device manager. What it does show is: 'Unknown device, hw ID: ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33BE&SUBSYS_INTL0000' and 'Unknown USB device, error 43: USB\DEVICE_DESCRIPTOR_FAILURE). I have no idea what to do to fix it, I've tried multiple different drivers and the issue has been here in older Windows versions (20H1 and up, but probably also on 1909 and before). I've even tried a fresh install of Windows and it keeps disconnecting, so I don't know if I should try it again for the new issue.

Seems like the BT adapter died.

You could check if the card isn't partially disconnected, if not then replace it.

It's soldered into the motherboard so not much to replace. If I want to replace it, I would need a new motherboard which is not worth it since I'll buy a new laptop in 2 months. Anything else I can try?
