Stuck on Reparing Disk Drives

When I tried to boot my laptop from my hard disk it is stuck on "Repairing Disk Drive, It may take an hour". I decided format it using my bootable flash drive that contains WIN10 OS but what happened is it propely boots. But when I remove the flash drive and restart the same error occurs. How to fix this?
