I dont quite understand the question? this card comes with a waterblock if thats what you're asking for

It's a card designed for custom water cooling.

You will need a Radiator, Pump/Reservoir, and Tubing. Also your case needs to be compatible and able to fit all of the water cooling components. If you have never done custom water cooling before which judging from the post is the case it might be best for you to have someone install it and the custom loop for you.
