Help with parts and any recommendations

Budget (including currency): 3000 CAD

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: planning on playing new titles like BF6 also stream once and awhile.

Other details my current case is an Alienware Area-51 so i was just wondering if these parts are reasonable and if my case would have any troubles. I have 2 nvidia 1070's,16GB RAM and an i7-6800k, no clue on brands because it was pre-built and AW wont say what motherboard it has. I am playing on 1080P but wanting to upgrade to 1440P in the future, target fps is 120+.

Which version of the area51? There's the triangle one which wont fit a 240mm aio ("front" has 2x 120mm but spacing is wrong) unless you only mount 1 fan to the case and the other to the rad

There's a standard case style one "ALX" version which won't work without big mods to the inside.

It might be worth it to throw 100$ at a new case and fans for better airflow than the area 51. Most Fractal or corsair cases are "boring" looking but would cool better

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

it's probably better to be looking at a dark rock pro 4 and use the difference in $ to get some noctua or bequiet fans to replace the case fans.
should be able to get a dark rock pro 4 for around $130 or cheaper on sale https://www.amazon.ca/quiet-BK022-Cooler-6-Pole-Wings135mm/dp/B07BY6F8D9/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=dark+rock+pro+4&qid=1623728129&sr=8-1

and a set of noctua 1700rpm redux for $18 each. still have awesome cooling and have some left over for a 10850k or 10900f
