Did you try VLC to play the media?

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

You could try something like this website (only use if media isnt private) https://fix.video/

Really? VLC can't play back a lot of my ProRes videos properly but they still work in After Effects and Premiere Pro as well as on YouTube.
