is this a good first build

So many bad things...

  • 120GB SSD? You're going to have a very unpleasant time with that. Aim for 500GB, 1TB preferred.
  • Case is going to lack airflow, I'd get something else.
  • PSU is ancient, I'd get something else. Use the LTT PSU Tier List as a guide.
  • Monitor is tiny.
  • Don't even bother with those speakers. Save up and get something a million times better like Mackie CR3s.
  • You likely don't need 32GB of RAM.
  • Get a better cooler, like a Noctua.
  • You don't need thermal compound.

Really, you won't find a decent graphics card right now. Paying that money for a 1050Ti is pretty sad.

Kingston A400 is an infamously bad SSD. More of a question of when it will fail than if.

CPU cooler is utterly inadequate for an overclockable i7.

Of course, you've picked a motherboard you can't overclock on...

32GB of RAM is excessive and unnecessary for gaming.

$330 is simply unjustifiable for a 1050 ti even in the current environment.

PSU is suitable for a mid-range budget system at best, certainly wouldn't put it in a build with an i7.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The 212 Black is a respectable budget cooler but still not enough for overclocking an i7. Of course, you still have the B460 board, which won't let you overclock the i7, so this may or may not be a moot point.

I don't want to overclock I just want a computer that will last me a while but can be upgraded

Then why are you using B460? Your argument for using a 10700K makes no sense here.
Also swap out the case and PSU, they are both very low end.
