BIOS Frozen

So i was just working on my computer literally 5 minutes ago and everything was working fine, i went intothe BIOS settings and put the MHz from 2100 to 4200 and the computer won't go back into BIOS or even into Windows...

 

 

I am at a Stand still 

So if anyone has an idea of what i can do to fix it i'd appreciate it

Did you clear CMOS and/or remove the battery, wait a couple of minutes and insert it back again?
