3080FE does not work

hi everyone

I have a small problem with my graphics card rtx 3080 FE, when I try to turn on the computer with a 3080. Nothing happens but the fans spinning. No led light or display on the screen. I tried another card instead and no problem, but the card does not work on other computers.

Two leds are red on the motherboard, VGA and RAM

Any ideas?

Can you share your system specs? 
It might be trying to run in PCI-e gen 4 mode and your board does not support it (cant know for sure without specs.) 

If your board had support for gen 4 (like some B450 did) maybe its what causing an issue, try updating bios for start It could help.
