GPU fans spinning but monitors don't detect a signal

Frostbite

I have an R9 280X which was working, but after black screen is now seemingly dead as the fans are spinning but no display. I've tried integrated graphics and that is working and I've tried another GPU which also works. At the moment I'm using the other GPU and plugging in the faulty one to a second PCIE slot, I'm using GPU-Z and it can read the faulty card but some specs are missing. Anyone know a fix?

CPU: i7 4790K

Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A

Memory: 16GB Kingston HyperX

GPU: VisionTek R9 280X

PSU: Corsair TX750

No doubt about it unfortunately sounds like you’re a GPU is dead

or It could be an outdated driver

Card is dead. Nothing you can do in my experience.

You could attempt a VBIOS flash but there's a very high chance that it'll do absolutely nothing.
