Unless you're getting a really good deal on the 11900k, I would not go for it over a 11700k. The performance difference is quite small in games, and the price difference is pretty significant. In CPU limited games, you probable won't notice much and in GPU limited games (there will be more of these since you have a lower end GPU), there's no point.

i'd consider a 10850K, 10 cores, much cheaper, and is barley slower than the 11900K. Also drop the RAM frequency to 3600 CL16.

Realistically you're leaving a lot of performance on the table by limiting yourself to Intel. With that massive of a budget you could get a 3080 and drop it in a system with a 12-Core 5900X (although not recommended for gaming, these parts are a poor value).

 

Typically in your case, I'd say anything more than 10,000 DKK is overkill, and not necessary.

i have seen Jaytwocent making a youtube about the new intel i9-11900K that higher MHZ is way better. 

its no longer limitet like 10 series.

Barely any difference between AIO and air coolers. 

If you really want an AIO get the Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer II with 240mm/280mm/360mm. 

Any thing called "ASUS ROG Strix" is overpriced. 

 

I switched from a 360 AIO (Corsair H150i Pro) to a Noctua NH-D15S. 

My temps are still the same but now it is also much more quite.

A custom loop with a fast pump and thick rad would be better than a high end air cooler; but an AIO? and from ROG? definitely not. Those things are just for the looks and if you don't install them correctly they're worse than regular heatsinks, IMHO not worth it.

White build, Nzxt has best motherboard for that. RGB aio because that was in op and the model I suggested is supported by Nzxt CAM software.

This is especially arguable considering boards like the the Asus ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING, and Gigabyte Z590 Vision D exist which are both far better in this regard.
