I work for an ISP, I do the installs of both home and business internet, phones and TV services.

I am looking at moving to a new department that receives calls from me and others now when things don't work. example static IP isn't working, I made contact with that manager and got a generic " lan and wan knowledge" and should go with one of our networking crew to see what the core equipment is and what it does. I will be talking to that department about options when I need to phone in.

My local options are very limited, the only course is basically for people who don't know a single thing about computers and the internet. I need some online options that will help me out in this future career.

I am in Saskatchewan Canada

Cisco and Juniper have network related course materials online, but the exams aren't free. You may claim these as expenses from your employer, if they agree.
