some 9900k core clocks minimum are 800mhz

thats the minimum clock, when a core isnt doing anything its gonna lower its speed

not throttling, performance is all fine... just noticed it in hwinfo after a play session wondering if its normal behaviour, average temps when under load are average 70 and rare low 80s. I am using hwinfo, intel xtu, msi afterburner and discord. My buddy was streaming cuphead to me through remote play... here is a photo of my hwinfo stats. I have high performance mode enabled also.

 

i have heard that "Its normal for it do down clock to 800mhz at idle and very light loads, it ramps up accordingly as needed." not sure if this is still true, it was for the i7 4790k 4 years ago

oh okay, i dont know anything about cpus... thankyou for easing my anxiety 🙂
