 As you can see it’s getting power but not turning on it’s a 5800x with a x570 board I’m thinking I need a bios update the bios flash back button also responds to touch so I’m thinking that’s it but I every time I have seen a bios update problem it turns on then turns off please help this is super stressful I paid 1000 for just what’s on the motherboard

also try booting it up using the pins on the motherboard its self not the button. 

I have it on the motherboard box with the m.2 ram cpu on it

Take out one of the RAM sticks, does it post with either one stick?

Also if I'm not mistaken there are 4 debug leds on that board, just above the 24 pin. CPU, DRAM, VGA, BOOT. Is one of those lit? Or did any one of them at any point lit up?

didnt post with ram sticks out and no debug led came on i had this issue with a older b450 board that had a up to date bios i assumed it was a dead board could it be something else as you can see in the video i was having the same issue with the board getting power but not posting

Hmm.. at this point might as well try to (re)do a bios update, take out everything, GPU,CPU and the RAM and re flash the bios, hopefully that will do it.
