Reference R9 280

I want to buy a R9 280 non x and i want to eventually get a water block for it but i cant seem to find witch ones are references.

Unless things have changed, Gigabyte Windforce cards should still carry reference PCBs. The easiest thing to do though would be to just look for a reference 7950 (it is a rebrand).
