Turn on pc it say the cpu is stopping from booting but if unplug pc then re plug pc it switches to show the gpu is problem and checked that every thing is plug in correctly and my old mb was doing the same thing order a new one but new mb have same problem

So when you start up your system it just locks up? Where does it say to you it's a GPU error? Do you get any on-screen warnings? We need more information to get a better idea what possibly could be wrong. Are you comfortable to open up your case to see inside?

maybe there's some bent pins just like benito said check your cpu or maybe you should buy one and if the gpu has problems just buy a 5600g cpu its very affordable its only 250 usd you should wait for the 5600g and also you can get 60fps at 1080p with medium graphics maybe or you could play at low

if you play csgo the cpu is maybe good
