You don't need those extra fans.

 

Id get a lower end ssd, lieka 660 or sn550, 970 evo is way overkill here.

 

Id svae the buck and get the stock cooler, Those cpus don't make much heat anyways.

Board and PSU is hot ass, i would pick up a B460 as theyre not that much more either way, and an actually usable PSU.
