Still don't know if you want to move it completely or just set it back to default location. A bit more of an explanation of what you are trying to do would be appreciated.. There should be a "restore to default" button under the "location" tab. If you want to move it completely just select the place you want it to be located in.

 

I've done something similar with my "Captures" folder, as gamebar saves all my clips to that folder automatically, even if it is moved from its default location:
