Started my computer and is says

cmos settings wrong 

cmos time and date wrong 

I try to hit any the F keys and nothing happens. 
Changed cmos battery 

and on start up I get one longer beep and 2 short beeps. Any help would be awesome thank you.

In the future make your thread title descriptive of the problem. Everyone on troubleshooting needs help of some kind.

 

What are the full specs of the system?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
