SD Card in RAW Format

Hi guys, i have a problem. I sticked my sd card in my dslr and said i need to format the storage card. The problem is that i connected the card to my PC and can't  format it, says ,, windows was unable to format..,,. I tried every method....and ....no result. What can i do?

Can you format it in the camera?

There is a good chance the card is dead, and SD cards fail fairly often. Just get a new one.
