cpu usage

hi is there a setting in games (cod warzone to be specific) that can turn down the cpu usage? (its almost at 70-100 at all times for just playing cod and having google chrome open at the same time)

generally not.  Lowering the resolution can help, sometimes.

ok well i have a lot of ram and the chrome thing might be good to know, but do you know if there is any way to drop the cpu usage a bit?

different apps will share the CPU, so you can open more things still.

Thats like asking to have your cars topspeed higher. Not possible, unless you put money into it.

You might want a CPU with lots of fast cores for all the multitasking.
Still expect it to go to 100%, giving all it can give so your game runs smooth. You can possibly limit your game to lower resolution and lower fps. But if that really works depends on the game.
