Thats like asking to have your cars topspeed higher. Not possible, unless you put money into it.

You might want a CPU with lots of fast cores for all the multitasking.
Still expect it to go to 100%, giving all it can give so your game runs smooth. You can possibly limit your game to lower resolution and lower fps. But if that really works depends on the game.
