Bluetooth Headset mic not being utilized.

I recently purchased these headphones, specifically the JBL TUNE 800BT. It has an integrated microphone, which is wonderful and works well with all Windows devices except my personal laptop. I've attempted a few troubleshooting steps, such as reinstalling Bluetooth drivers and verifying my input devices, but this headset's input is nowhere to be detected, despite the fact that it clearly has one. What should I do?

In the sound outputs you should have 2 devices associated to the headset, one "stereo" or "music" and one "hands-free", you have to select hands-free to be able to use the mic.

I see it, but it is connected to "Headphones" and I have tried right clicking on "hands-free" and clicked on Connect but it isn't connecting.
