Hey guys i have low gpu usage since i bought the pc. my specs:

GPU:Asus phoenix GTX1650 Super

CPU:R3 3100 3.9 ghz

Ram: XPG Gammix d30 cl16 3000 mhz 2x8

Mobo:Asus b450m k II

PSU:Sharkoon shp650 v2 650w 80+

ssd: Burst Patriot 2.5'' 480 gb

So rams working dualchannel and d.o.c.p enabled. Windows power plan set to maximum performance. temps after 30m gaming cpu:70 gpu:70-72 i think its fine for stock cooler and single fan gpu. i ran 3dmark and gpu always sits at %99 usage and in cpu z my mutlithread and single thread score normal. i don t know why but in gta 5 and warzone my usage sits around %60-70 and im getting low fps because of that. i tried all settings that could force my gpu even in warzone i set the settings high and vram usage exceed 4 gig. with these settings i still got 60-70 usage. I m getting same fps in low and high settings. In game all cores usage close eachother.

What's your CPU usage during all of this? Could be that that's the bottleneck so the GPU might be idling a lot.

This implies usually a CPU bottleneck. The CPU meets the requirements, but thats generally not something you can rely on.

I played this game for a bit and I didnt really run into any bottlenecks ,with a 3600 and a 3070, but it sure is a CPU hog, 70-80% usage was pretty normal.

2 things you could do: play at higher resolution that shifts load to the GPU

Buy a faster processor.

Actually 3 things:

Check your CPU per core / thread usage for every single c/t while playing, I recommend to use MSI Afterburner as it has an OSD and also logs the values when monitoring is enabled, plus it has basically zero impact on performance.
