Have you re seated the GPU?

tried different cables for the GPU to the display?

Tried a different port on GPU/display?

Made sure you are running the latest bios?

Tried the RAM sticks in different slots?

Made sure the PSU switch is in the correct position? (I did that once)

Did you update the BIOS? 1600 isn't officially supported on x570 chipset. The BIOS that supports the 1600 was only released in November and not with the release of the board, so it might not be supported out of the box.

Like @IkeaGnome said maybe it was cpu problem, since it's kinda not supported by the bios on that motherboard
