I hope he's getting well soon. Maybe give it soup and some blankets, this is a really bad time to have sickness considering that we are still battling COVID.

 

But in all seriousness, this is WAY too little information to act on and overly wide solution is gonna just cause more issue. So please give us:

1. The error code

2. Full spec of the system (or the model of the laptop)

3. When does the BSOD happens

4. Your ideas on fixing it that youve done

I'm going to guess you want help to make it stop freezing? Well, nobody can give you any because you haven't provided any useful information.
