Be careful with Stockx

dchristopher56

I received the video card from stockx and instantly knew something was wrong. The ESD bag was not smooth at all and wasn't big enough to be sealed around the card. There was no protective film or cover over the pci connection and markings on the bracket showing it was previously installed. I reached out to them and was asked to send images including my pci slot from my motherboard. They couldn't tell me how that was relevant to my issue but accepted my other photos. Today I was told that 30 series cards don't commonly come with pci covers and because the card is working it was fine to sell to me as brand new.

Be careful with stockx. You might end up with an expensive item that isn't in the condition you expected it to be with zero help from them to fix the situation.
