Pc Doesn't Boot

The first time, rgb was working but no display or anything. I turned it off. Now, rgb stopped working. 3 lights blink (boot-vga-dram) for 1 second and then stop. Gpu led is always on. Please help.

Msi B550 Tomahawk

Gtx 750 Ti

Ryzen 5600X (did the bios update)

Corsair RM850

Corsair Vengeance Pro Sl 3600/16

TD500 Mesh

Samsung 860 Evo

unplug and clean everything, especially the gpu and memory.

Is this a new or an old build? Have you tried reseating the RAM? Reset the CMOS?

It is new. I reseated ram, changed them, used one of them. Still same. I resetted the cmos aswell.

Btw i wrote all 4 lights but i took a look closer. It is three. Vga-Boot-Dram. Cpu is not blinking.

Old gpu can sometime have oxidation in the copper contact.

Should i be worried about damage to anything

Well don't scrub it too hard, a gentle scrub will do.

Use pencil eraser if you don't have IPA / contact cleaner.

Already tried. Didn't work.
