Big problem

So I just got a new GPU and a PSU
GPU is ASUS ROG STRIX RX560 4GB and PSU is Thermaltake tough power 750w ap and I uninstalled old Nvidia drivers and now when I try to turn my PC on with new GPU and PSU it shows the windows loading logo and after a few seconds it says monitor going to sleep what could be the problem?

Does the computer stay on? 

Might be the card is bad or the power supply. To many variables. 

Maybe try booting in safe mode and see if it stays on long enough to run ddu again.

If you have another GPU/PSU maybe try booting with one of them and see if the problem persists.

Try replugging display when the monitor turns off, it's a common problem with AMD
