I would clean install on the ssd. You can use the HDDs for data drives. If both are not full, can you copy all data to one of the HDD. Install the SSD with Windows, format the one HDD, transfer data to it, and format the second HDD. If I were you I would want to remove the windows installation from the HDDs.

is there a way I can migrate C into the SSD ?

Yes, you can clone it.

First reduce the old hdd partition (c) to fit the new ssd. Delete unnecessary files or programs.

So from 500gb to 250gb, you will need a partition editor for this.

There are 4 partitions, edit only the windows partition.

Next clone the drive with Macrium reflect, copy ALL partitions.

After finish, reboot and select the new ssd as default boot drive.

Or to make your life simpler, just install fresh windows.

Unplug other drives beforehand.

If your hard drives don't exceed the capacity of the SSDs, you can freely clone it as jay will explain:

however if not, It is best to make a backup and reinstall windows on the SSD, wipe the hard drives and use it as Game storage, Probably in Raid0 as well to make it 1tb of total storage
