So i can barely run vrchat now after a recent power outage.

I have a surge protector and when the power flicked on off and on my pc stayed on.

Today when i tried vrchat i was getting lower than 40fps and before i was getting around 80.

I have a ryzen 7 3700x, 32gbs of ram and a gtx 1660ti.

Also my mobo is a rog strix b450-f gaming.

Any idea what this could be?

Have you done any overclocking to anything in the system? What kind of PSU do you have? A cheap one may have burst some capacitors though a surge leading to worse voltage stability, possibly causing the system to see this instability and downclock to avoid other glitches.
