Standby doesnt work properly

For some time now my PC doesn't properly hibernate, but instead start up after some time. Sometimes even after a few seconds.

Are there some settings I could tweak to make the PC stay asleep as I wish?

According to powercfg -lastwake  there was no reason for it to wake up.

This can be an annoying one to figure out.

Often keyboards, mice or other USB peripherals can wake the system from sleep, and be quite quick and persistent to do so.

You can tweak these settings, I found a little guide here:

Prevent a Mouse or USB Device from Waking Windows from Sleep Mode (online-tech-tips.com)

You can access the same settings panels from Control Panel > Devices and Printers, which I would recommend, since that is a little easier to navigate than Device Manager.
