New motherboard Issues

So I got my new Cooler and Motherboard today, so I get it all put together and was ready to rock, until I pressed the power button. All fans, lights and the HDD spins up, but there is no post and nothing on the monitor. I've reseated every single connection, made sure they were all tight and secure, I tried booting from just the ssd, and just  the hdd. I have also tried using just the IGP with the graphics card removed, Cleared the CMOS, used different sata connectors, placed the ram in different slots, in slot 2 the fans ramp up and down but there is no Error code shown on the motherboard. I am out of ideas and things to try, it's getting late and I really want to use my desktop. Thanks

It just turned on and sat there, fans spinning nothing else
