CPU-Z is better as you can get all sorts of details on your RAM there. Bear in mind though that it reports the actual clockspeed of the RAM, not the effective clockspeed. DDR means double data rate, so something like 3600MHz is actually 3600 mega-transfers per second (MT/s), with a transfer happening twice per cycle, at 1800MHz (the real clockspeed). RAM manufacturers just call it 3600MHz, because it's effectively the same, and consumers are more familiar with MHz.
