Cheap PS2 emulator build

There’s so little power required for that it might actually cost more to build something rather than simply buying a cheapass used thing and running the emulator on it. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
