my mic stopped working

my mic used to work just fine but it randomly stopped working properly, i can see that its "working" but its not really working. it used to have the green bars filled upp every time i spoke, but now it just barely seems to notice me speaking and no sound is being played through my output in games.

Did you really have to set you PFP to that image, pls fix. 

 

What is the microphone, or headset name if it is a combo, and what are the interfaces and connectors being used between the mic and the PC? 

Like I see you are using some sort of USB audio.

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

well i signed upp with my google account and it chose my google picture so i changed it to the first thing i could find on my pc.

 

im using a røde nt-usb and its plugged in to my motherboard
