Ram upgrade

Hi y'all

 

Are you guys have a  recommendations for ddr4 sodimm ram?

My goal was to upgrade my 8gb dual channel ram into 16gb dual channel, i know there's Corsair vengeance and value select but I don't know how good it is

 

And while we're at it, does "high end" ram matters on laptop?, I mean aside from the very cheap one...
