A good SSD

For photos and videos, i suggest getting a large HDD.

You can get 4TB HDD for the price of 500gb ssd.

Photos and videos wont make use of ssd benefit (other than faster copy).

 

Anyway if you still want to get a good sata ssd i suggest crucial MX500.

If it is gonna sit in your computer / NAS then I'd recommend getting a good old spinning disk for storing pictures and videos, you get 4x the capacity for same amount of money.
