choose the right RAM

I have a question, it's better to buy a ram with a speed of 3000Mhz, or buy a ram of 2666Mhz then overclock it to 3000mhz? Maybe i can save some Money

Last i checked some 3000+ RAM was equal or cheaper than the lower speeds.

The OC ability of ram varies, so not all sets are that overclockable, especially the cheap ones

But in my country, it's like 30-50% more expensive than 2666

Indonesian, my country is one of the countries affected by bitcoin, the price of all components can triple

Ok. I dont know the ram prices there. 

But the performance difference between the two aren't that big, the biggest difference will be on a ryzen 1000 or 2000 series, but still only minor.

So go for the option that fits your budget best
