wat? i only see 6 gpus there. 2x GTX 690, 2x TitanZ, and 2x 7990.

The TitanZs you only work with other GTX 700 series cards with the same architecture. the 600 series is last gen so i dont thing so. And AMD cards are another brand/Dual card setup/ and another driver. So you cant run them together. but you could Run the GTX/Titan stuff in one quad SLI (assuming $300 600 series cards will work with a 700 series $3000 card) and the AMD cards together and then leave those ones to mine or something.

You are some what wrong, You cannot use the AMD and Nvidia cards as one, like Crossfire and SLI, however You could still have them working. Linus Did this in a video. Also the Titan Z, if ran two, would be 4 GPU's, along with the two 7990's that would be 4 GPU's, grand total of 8 GPU's.
