Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 244 hz

Lower price better system

 

Also don't fall for the 240hz thing it is really really hard to notice a difference. Rather get a REALLY GOOD 144hz 1440p screen for the same money. Either way expensive pc for simple to run games. Made it a lot better for editing and also went air cooling as the h500 is NOT a case made for watercooling.

id go for a 3200MHZ kit, and maybe a cheaper case like the P400A. Looks good otherwise.
