Help my pc reset all the time when i play a game on fullscreen it restarts 

and i wanted it to factory reset but i cant it says someting with recovery

Sounds like damaged hard drive and or graphics card(damaged)

 

Check if airflow in case is blocked and  not overheating

 

Remove graphics card (and/or drivers ) in Control Panel > Device manager then rescan for hardware changes

 

Run CPUid to check temperatures when running in windowed mode.

 

If you can't do recovery, normally means harddrive is damaged as files located on damaged area.

chkdsk /f /r 2 or 3 times to get an idea if its the drive
