Bent PCI-E Connector?

Hi all

 

I made a post the other week about my RX 6800 acting really odd. I think I found the culprit. Photo attached of the card 

 

Couple of questions; 

 

1- How tf does this PCI-e connector bend when its screwed in

2- Would this be covered via an RMA?

3- Fixable?

 

I mean, the card works when the system is on but when i turn it off 9/10 I have to pull the card out, plug it back in and then reset the CMOS for the card to output to the display....

 

Anyone??
