Hello there, i 'm new here in the forums, how is everybody doing?

I have a problem that when i get to sing in screen, my monitor goes black every time i do a change (move my mouse, press a key, input my pin, etc).
This happens every start up until the windows go to recovery mode, and then when i press "restart my pc" it works properly.

The problem firstly appeared when i tried to overclock my CPU and RAM (very minor OC, i was playing with the preparation settings), but i reverted back to defaults.

The only thing i did so far is a clean install of the GPU Drivers, mainly because i can't figure out what is faulty in my system.

Does any body know what is causing the problem, and can tell my how to fix it?

Notes on some other problems (maybe they are linked and can help to identify the culprit):
My CMOS battery is about to die (when i unplug my pc from the power i start up with the wrong time afterwards).
Some times (not every day of use) my SSD gets spikes of 100% use and the system freezes for a second or two.

I've uploaded a 1 min video because i know i didn't describe the behavior good enough: https://youtu.be/UxuW2bsWSdU

CPU: AMD FX-6300

GPU: AMD Radeon Sapphire 7700 2GB

MB: AsRock 970 pro3 r2.0

Windows is corrupted after the unstable overclock. I would just backup all your stuff and reinstall windows. Should be time anyway, I assume, with a system of that age. Download windows 10 from. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 - Here you can download the media creation tool.
